Not happy with your order?

If for any reason, you’re not happy with the products you’ve received, then you can return your unwanted items to us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Send us an email at cs@workwearclothing4u.co.uk to let us know you’d like to return your order, and we’ll issue you with an RMA number. This needs to be marked clearly on your parcel, to enable us to process your return pronto.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received your return and checked it over, we’ll be in touch to notify you that we’re processing your refund. We’ll also let you know if, for any reason, your item isn’t suitable for a refund.

Your refund will be processed within 10 working days, with your money automatically credited to your original payment method.

Please note that all returns are paid for and posted at your own responsibility, so we always advise getting proof of postage – just in case we don’t receive your return.

 

Is my item eligible for return?

As long as your item is unused and still in its original packaging, then we will accept it for return.

The following items cannot be returned, face masks and coverings, underwear, clearance items, any items that have been customised in any way or items that are sealed for hygiene reasons.

 

I still haven’t received my refund?

If your return has been received by us, you’ve received email confirmation of this and you haven’t received your money within 10 working days, then we’d advise you to contact your bank or credit card company. There may well be a delay in them processing our refund to you.
